What you need to know
Who should apply?
We actively encourage everyone to apply to be a speaker at our Scale shows as long as you believe you have considerable industry knowledge and experience to educate established property managers.
How long are the sessions?
Individual sessions
Sessions will last approximately 20-25 minutes plus around 5 minutes of audience Q&A.
Panels
Panels will last approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the topic and number of panellists.
What should be included in the proposal?
All submissions must be educational or advisory in nature and must not include promotions for products or services.
We aim to match submitted sessions with the most popular topics as selected by our attendees.
What topics should be focused upon?
We welcome proposals focusing on any subject relevant to professional short-term rental operators.

Is there a deadline to submit a proposal?
In general we accept proposals for SCALE UK up to 3 months beforehand but we encourage you to submit your idea as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Is there any way to guarantee a speaking position?
No.
We regularly receive a very high number of speaking applications for each event and in order to ensure the best content, we cannot guarantee any speaking opportunities. This includes sponsors.
