Bio
Tim’s career path is anything but ordinary. He started working in the moving industry in 2007 planning daily tasks for over 50 movers, to his first tech startup in 2010, to building out the entire US sales and operations for a Spanish hotel linen manufacturer.
That gig pulled him into hospitality, and since 2020 he’s become a familiar face in the short-term rental world. Tim doesn’t just talk tech and operations—he’s managed rentals himself and, thanks to endless travel, knows exactly what guests expect too.
All in all, he’s a walking mix of industry experience, guest perspective, and property manager know-how.
