Germaine Mason has worked in the short-term rental industry for the past 10 years. She originally fell into the sector almost by accident after starting out as a casual host in York and becoming inspired by the ethos of home sharing and hospitality.
After spending 18 months on the ground building a portfolio of over 60 properties, she moved into supporting and coaching the franchise network at Pass the Keys, helping operators grow, scale, and retain successful businesses.
A key part of Germaine’s role today is acting as a bridge between operators and the product team, ensuring that the real challenges and opportunities faced on the ground help shape the evolution of Pass the Keys’ self-built PMS and wider technology platform in line with changing market trends.
