What you need to know

Where is the venue?

Scale UK takes place on Wednesday November 6th and Thursday November 7th, at the Oval Cricket Ground in London. Here is the map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y3tvqvVR7VMt7Qii9

When is the set up?

The setup has to be completed on the first day of SCALE UK, on Wednesday 6th before 8.30 AM.
Please make sure to complete the setup on time, as attendees registration will start at 8.30 AM.

When is the take down?

Booth take down must be completed on the second day of SCALE UK, on Thursday 7th November, as soon as the show ends. 

Exhibitors must clear their booth removing all the materials they brought. Any booth material such backlits, tables and chairs will be removed by the organization.

All materials left will be removed and recycled.

Where can we find info regarding the booth area?

All the info regarding the booth area, exhibitor slot size, backdrop, and banner policies, is available in the Booth Setup Document which can be found on this page.

Can we get additional team passes?

Partners may purchase additional team passes at £199/each. You can purchase them at the same link available in the Ticket Instruction document (page 5).

Is it possible to ship conference materials to the venue prior the show?

This venue cannot receive any materials, so unfortunately it’s not possible to ship your materials beforehand.
We invite you to consider hiring our booth customization service.

This service includes a 2m (w) x 2.5m (h) backlit LED display with a matching backlit LED reception counter, customized with your corporate image. This set-up eliminates the need to transport bulky promotional materials like banners and roll-up stands. 

The organization will take care of the setup, freeing your team to focus on connecting with potential clients and making the most of your conference experience.

Where do we collect our team passes?

You don’t need to print or ask for your team passes in advance!

Team passes are ready for you on the day of the conference, at your booth.

If one or more members of your team are participating as speakers, their badges will also be provided the same way.

If there is any last-minute change in the number or the name of the team members joining SCALE UK, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible, as it is totally forbidden to access the conference area without a valid badge.
