Attendee Cancellation Policy

Attendees can request a refund within 7 days of ticket purchase up to 1 month prior to the event. 

Registration Process

Registration for the event will take place on the conference website (uk.scalerentals.show/tickets).

Tickets are available for purchase until 5pm (UK time) on Thursday 7th November 2024, subject to availability

Required Number of Properties Managed

All attendees confirm during the registration process that they are property manager or represent a property management company that manages a minimum of 10 units.

If the registered attendee does not provide the necessary information or website details to confirm this status, the SCALE Organisation reserves the right to request further information or even cancel the ticket with a full refund. 

Tickets Transfer 

If you are unable to attend the conference, a replacement delegate may be sent to your place at no extra charge.

Notification must be sent to the SCALE Organisation and received at latest one week prior to the event commencing. 

The attendee needs must contact [email protected] to communicate the name, email address and position of the person to whom would like to transfer the ticket.

Ticket transfer is not allowed for invitation tickets or free tickets.

Sharing of Tickets

The SCALE Organisation does not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows the admittance of one person only.

Payment

For individual and group attendee bookings, payment is required either at the time of booking. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing with The SCALE Organisation. 

For all other commercial sponsorships/partnerships, please refer to your agreement/contract for payment terms.

Change of Program Content, Format, and/or Event Timing

The SCALE Organisation will endeavour to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately, we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to change the format of the event or postpone the event (where no refund will be issued) or cancel the event.

The SCALE organisation is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, format change, postponement, or cancellation of an event.

Travel Disruption

The SCALE organisation is not responsible for any travel disruption caused by weather conditions or strike action.

Attendee Disclaimer

Any estimates or representations made by Scale Rental as to the number or make-up of event participants are based on market research and experience and are estimates only and not a guarantee or warranty as to the number, actual identity, purchasing power, or level of responsibility of attendees at a Scale Rental event.

Commercial Sponsors/Partners

Please refer to your sponsorship/partnership agreement/contract for additional terms and conditions (including payment terms).
