Partners Instructions

On this page, you will find all the information you may need to prepare for your attendance at the Scale UK. Please refer to the documents and FAQs below regarding the venue, the exhibitor area, set up, take down and team passes.

When is the event?

Scale UK takes place on Tuesday September 26th and Wednesday September 27th.

On Tuesday attendees will join Show Sponsors for roundtable discussions between 6PM and 7.30PM. This will be followed by networking drinks in the exhibitor space until 9PM.

All show sponsors are invited to host one roundtable discussion. Please make sure your exhibitor team arrives by 5.45PM to prepare for both set up and to host the roundtable.

On Wednesday attendees will arrive from 8.30AM and the show will finish at 6PM.

Where is the venue?

The Scale UK will take place in London at the America Square Convention Centre at 17, One Crosswall, America Square, London EC3N 2LB, United Kingdom.

When is the booth set up?

Each sponsor booth area must be set up on Tuesday September 26th, between 6PM – 7.30PM. Please note that it will not be possible to set up on the second day of the event (Wednesday, September 27th).

When is the booth take down?

Sponsor booth areas will be available on the evening of the 26th (7.30PM – 9PM)., and all day of September 27th. The booth must be taken down and cleared on the second day (Wednesday, September 27th) between 6PM-7PM.

Can we get additional team passes?

Only Show Sponsors may purchase a maximum of 2 additional team passes only by reaching out to the Scale Team. Strictly subject to availability.

Is it possible to ship conference materials to the venue prior the show?


Sponsors can arrange deliveries to arrive at America Square Conference Center from Monday 25th September and collections up to Friday 29th September between 9AM and 5PM.

Please ask the Scale team for more details.

Where do we collect our team badges?

You don’t need to print or ask for your team badges in advance!

Your badges will be distributed to your team on Tuesday the 26th during setup from 6PM.

If one or more members of your team are participating as speakers, their badges will also be provided in advance during the booth setup.

If there is any last-minute change in the number or the name of the team members joining Scale UK make sure to let us know as soon as possible.

What is happening with the roundtables?

On Tuesday evening we will be hosting a roundtable session for all attendees between 6pm-7.30pm

All Show Sponsors are invited to host one of these tables and lead a conversation with a selection of attendees about the challenges, opportunities and success stories of scaling a short-term rental industry.

Hosts will be provided with several questions to lead the conversation.

This is an opportunity for your company to mix closely with a number of property managers and briefly introduce your company.

If you would like to take part, please send the name of your team member who will host the table to Damian at [email protected].

Please note that booth set up will take place at the same time as the roundtables so you will need to ensure another member(s) of the team can set up.

Are tablecloths included?

Tablecloths are available on request. If you have not already done so, please contact Damian at [email protected] to reserve yours for your booth.
